Bernard Taylor back with Indiana

January, 19, 2011
Bernard Taylor (Macomb, Mich./Dakota) gave Indiana his verbal commitment before his senior season but when Bill Lynch was fired, the 6-2, 280-pound defensive tackle decided to open up his recruitment.

"I really didn't know what I wanted to do," Taylor said. "I didn't know much about the new coach (Kevin Wilson) or the coach who was recruiting me (Mark Hagen). I took my official visit to Indiana last weekend and after meeting coach Wilson and coach Hagen, I recommitted to Indiana. I'm 100 percent solid to Indiana now. Coach Wilson is a really cool guy. He hired a bunch of great coaches and hopefully we can get to the business of winning football games. I'm looking forward to next fall."
