2011 LB adds 10th offer

Junior linebacker Rob Hankins (Plano, Texas/Parish Episcopal) picked up his 10th offer on Monday. Arkansas is the latest program to offer the 6-foot-1, 214-pound hard-hitting defender. The Razorbacks join Purdue, Arizona, Miami, California, Texas Tech, Baylor, Nebraska, SMU and Colorado in extending written offers. Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Oregon and Kansas are also heavily recruiting him.

This weekend, Hankins will make an unofficial visit to SMU followed by a trip to California for junior day February 27-28.

Big 10 offer for Ukwuachu
Junior defensive end and tight end Sam Ukwuachu (Pearland, Texas/Pearland High) has picked up his first offer. Northwestern is the first program to offer the 6-foot-4, 200-pounder with very long arms and a quickly developing frame. Texas A&M, Houston, Oklahoma State, Texas, Notre Dame and Arkansas among others are showing interest.

Ukwuachu registered 34 tackles, three tackles for loss, three sacks, seven hurries, four pass breakups, two fumble recoveries and one interception on the season. He will run track in the spring for the Oilers.
