So many individuals stepped up to the plate during college football's third weekend that WR Jordy Nelson (Kansas State) and RBs Mike Hart (Michigan) and Anthony Dixon (Mississippi State) didn't even make the top-five Stock Up list. For the record: Nelson set a school record with 15 catches for 209 yards in a win over Missouri State, while Hart carried the Wolverines to their first win of the season with 187 rushing yards versus Notre Dame, and Dixon shouldered the offensive load in a much-needed upset for Sylvester Croom's Bulldogs at Auburn.
1. Andre' Woodson, QB, Kentucky
Brian Brohm (Trinity) won the first five head-to-head battles versus Woodson (North Hardin), dating back to their high school days in the Lexington, Ky., area. But Woodson got the last laugh on Saturday night when he threw a 57-yard touchdown pass to Steve Johnson with 28 seconds remaining to put Kentucky ahead for good. Woodson completed 30 of 44 passes for 275 yards and four touchdowns in the upset of then No. 9-ranked Louisville. Rich Brooks' Wildcats enter the SEC schedule with a perfect 3-0 record and have won eight of their last nine.
