Richt's motivational ploy the talk of the SEC

It started as a rather innocent motivational ploy for Georgia coach Mark Richt.

He noticed his team was dead-on-arrival for its two previous games, a no-contest 35-14 loss at Tennessee followed by a last-second 20-17 win at Vanderbilt.

So he gave his team instructions prior to last Saturday's Florida game that when the Bulldogs scored for the first time, he really wanted an extended celebration that might draw a penalty.
