Jake Locker leads top QB prospects

The prevalence of spread offenses has made it harder than ever for NFL teams to evaluate quarterback prospects. There are fewer prototypical pocket passers in the college game right now, and the skill sets of many spread quarterbacks do not translate smoothly to pro-style offenses.

However, there are some elite pro-style quarterbacks in college today, and some quarterbacks currently running spread systems have the physical tools to make the transition to the pro game.
