Draft day triggers range of emotions

As a general manager, I would often get asked what it's like in the draft room. Are there shouting matches and disagreements over players, people pounding their fists on the table and making demands about which player should be selected?

I feel as though I'm disappointing the person asking the question, but my experiences on draft day have been anything but loud or distracting. Don't get me wrong, sometimes the number of people in the war room can be in the teens and the conversation can be goofy and off topic, but for the most part, I found it easy to block it all out and concentrate on the task at hand.
