    Dallas Cowboys

Best pick: TE Gavin Escobar (No. 47 overall) -- He didn't run a great 40 at the combine, he needs to develop as a route-runner and he needs to get stronger, but he's a big-framed and long target who, I think, has come into his own as an athlete in the past couple years. He's going to continue to get only bigger as he gets on an NFL weight lifting schedule and is able to focus only on football. No tight end whose tape I evaluated this year had better hands than Escobar. (I'd put him up there as No. 1 and Tyler Eifert as No. 1A.) Jason Witten can't play forever and James Hanna was a sixth-round pick for a reason.
