Dallas QB Tony Romo is the latest success story who once stepped in to replace former Patriots and Cowboys QB Drew Bledsoe. Romo replaced Bledsoe last season and came into Week 5 this year as the No. 2-rated (112.9) passer in the NFL, behind only former Bledsoe understudy and current New England starter Tom Brady. Romo and Brady have all the necessary physical and mental tools, and the only real difference is that Brady has three Super Bowl rings while Romo is in the midst of his first year as a full-time starter.
