With free agency set to open Friday, Scouts Inc. takes a look at five non-free agents who also might be on the move.
Anquan Boldin, WR, Arizona
Boldin wants Larry Fitzgerald-type money, but he simply isn't worth that kind of dough, especially to a team that already has Fitzgerald in the fold. There should be a ton of suitors for Boldin, and trading him will yield valuable draft picks. Moving Boldin for picks could allow the Cards to create more offensive balance. Selecting a running back and an offensive lineman with their first two picks would make a lot of sense to help Ken Whisenhunt get back to his Pittsburgh running roots and prepare for life after Kurt Warner. This is a move that could end up being the best thing for everyone involved.
Plaxico Burress, WR, New York Giants
To say Burress' future is uncertain is a massive understatement. He has legal and injury concerns. However, the Giants were a much different team without Burress, and while they might have grown tired of his antics, he clearly helps them win games. Even if they choose to hold on to Burress, they surely will further address the wide receiver position, as Amani Toomer is an unrestricted free agent and their lack of a true No. 1 -- and maybe even a No. 2 -- wideout was glaring in Burress' absence. If Burress is able to play and the Giants decide to cut ties, teams will line up for him.
