Following the news that Josh McCown has signed a two-year, $10 million deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Insider asked five of its experts to weigh in on whether the deal is a good one for the Bucs, and what it means for Mike Glennon and the remaining free-agent quarterbacks.

Is this a good move by the Bucs?

Mike Sando: Signing McCown is a good move for Tampa Bay because there wasn't a better fit for the Buccaneers given McCown's ties to coach Lovie Smith. Naming McCown the starter right away was a puzzling move from my vantage point. Sure, some coaches like clarity at the position, even during the offseason. But I thought the organization needed to keep Glennon relevant as a potential long-term starter. Now, it's fair to wonder whether Glennon fits at all.
