Backup QBs with strong auditions

The quest to find a franchise quarterback takes teams far and wide. From the first round of the draft to offseason trades to the unlikely free-agent hit (Drew Brees), teams are always looking. While the road to a championship generally runs through a franchise quarterback, it's essential to have a contingency plan in place in case of injury to the top guy. Nothing can derail an entire offseason of preparation like an awful performance from the backup quarterback, even over a short period.
