The 2017 Cleveland Browns have collected a Total QBR of 21.9, which would be the fourth worst of the Total QBR era (since 2006) if it holds up. If the Browns manage to get worse, here are the previous QB groups they're "chasing."

Virtually out of the running for the postseason at 0-6, the Browns have a 63.5 percent chance of getting the No. 1 overall pick for a second straight year, according to ESPN's FPI. That's more than twice the percentage points as the team with the next-best odds, the 49ers (29.6).

Cleveland Browns coach Hue Jackson seemed perplexed by a report during the game broadcast on CBS that he had texted Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson the day of the draft and said, "be ready."
