Hopkins: Need 'someone new' deciding PI calls

After a seemingly clear instance of pass interference wasn't called after a replay review during Sunday's game in Baltimore, Texans receiver DeAndre Hopkins lobbied for "someone new in New York" to decide those calls.

Against the Ravens, Deshaun Watson completed 18 of 29 passes for 169 yards and an interception. He did not throw a touchdown. Watson was sacked six times. He was replaced by backup quarterback AJ McCarron with 4:01 left in the game.

The Texans trail the Ravens 14-0 at halftime, failing to get closer on their final drive of the half when kicker Ka'imi Fairbairn missed a 43-yard field goal with 11 seconds left. Quarterback Deshaun Watson has completed 10 of 15 passes for 102 yards. This is the first time this season that the Ravens have shut out an opponent in the first half. Houston held Lamar Jackson and Baltimore scoreless in the first quarter, but gave up touchdowns on each of the Ravens' second-quarter drives.

New Texans CB Vernon Hargreaves will not play today. The Texans get LT Laremy Tunsil (shoulder) and S Tashaun Gipson (back/wrist) back this week. Other inactives in Baltimore: WR Will Fuller, CB Bradley Roby, WR Steven Mitchell, DE Joel Heath, T Chris Clark and ILB Tyrell Adams.

Texans WR Will Fuller (hamstring) and CB Bradley Roby (hamstring) will not travel with the team to Baltimore and have been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Ravens.

Texans WR Will Fuller practiced on Wednesday for the first time since he injured his hamstring in Week 7. LT Laremy Tunsil was also limited in practice. He missed the Texans' last game with a shoulder injury.
