The Seahawks list Jadeveon Clowney and Ziggy Ansah as limited for the second straight day Thursday. Mychal Kendricks and Luke Willson sat out again. No mention of Tyler Lockett, who appears to be getting back to normal after his shin injury from Week 10 and the illness he and several teammates were dealing with last week. It was another walk-through practice coming off the Monday night game, so participation is an estimation.

Jadeveon Clowney and Ziggy Ansah are listed as limited participants Wednesday. The Seahawks held a walk-through since they played less than 48 hours ago, so participation is an estimation. Pete Carroll said Clowney (core muscle injury) made it out of Monday's game feeling "pretty good" and called it a "really good sign" that he's practicing. Carroll said Ansah "looks like he's doing OK so far" but that his status won't be clear until later in the week. He suffered a stinger against Minnesota.

Brady Henderson ESPN

Jadeveon Clowney played 43 of the Seahawks' 55 defensive snaps Monday night. Clowney has said his core-muscle injury is something he'll have to manage for the rest of the season after deciding to put off surgery to repair it. But that didn't mean a reduced workload against Minnesota as he played the second-most snaps among Seattle's defensive linemen, one fewer than Jarran Reed.

Brady Henderson ESPN

Chris Carson played 39 of the Seahawks' 75 offensive snaps Monday night compared to 35 for Rashaad Penny. That marked the second straight game with a near-even split in playing time between the two -- a major departure from Penny's first season and a half. It was 31 for Carson and 30 for Penny last week. Tyler Lockett led Seattle wide receivers with 66 offensive snaps against Minnesota despite his illness and shin injury. DK Metcalf (60) and Josh Gordon (27) were second and third, respectively.

Brady Henderson ESPN

Pete Carroll on Ziggy Ansah, who left Monday night's game with a stinger: "Ziggy's shoulder is a problem ... but he bounced back from that and he did recover from the stinger. So we'll see, but he's been nursing the shoulder all along for the last year and we'll have to see how it goes moving forward."

Seahawks thwart flu bug vs. Vikes: 'It was legit'

Six Seattle players were listed in the week's final injury report with an illness, including cornerback Tre Flowers and receiver David Moore, who starred in Monday night's win over Minnesota.

Brady Henderson ESPN

A pass interference on Tre Flowers was the Seahawks' only penalty Monday night. "I'm not quite sure what got into us, but we like it," Pete Carroll said. "It was great. It was a really clean game ..." Carroll, of course, was poking fun at his teams' propensity for penalties. The Seahawks have led the league in penalties three times since he arrived in 2010 and haven't finished lower (as in better) than 15th in penalties in that span. They're currently 17th this year with 84 penalties.

Brady Henderson ESPN

The Seahawks are a second-half team -- both in terms of individual games and full seasons. With their win Monday night, they improved to 48-17 in regular-season games played in November through January since Russell Wilson's rookie season in 2012. That's the most wins in such games in that span ahead of the Patriots (45-16) and Steelers (45-21), per ESPN charting.

Brady Henderson ESPN

Duane Brown on the Seahawks' rushing for a season-high 218 yards, including 79 in the fourth quarter: "We got there in the fourth quarter and knew we had to run the ball to run their timeouts down. We were able to do that. Everyone knew we were going to run the ball. They knew we were going to run the ball. They kinda knew where the ball was going. But that's just the kind of guys we've got up front. I'm proud of my guys up front for answering that call there and running the clock out."

Seahawks take over 1st place in NFC West, beat Vikings 37-30

Rashaad Penny scored one touchdown rushing and one receiving, Russell Wilson hit David Moore for a 60-yard TD pass, and the Seattle Seahawks built a big second-half lead before holding off the Minnesota Vikings for a 37-30 win Monday night.

Brady Henderson ESPN

Per ESPN Stats & Info: That 60-yard touchdown pass to David Moore was Russell Wilson's 63rd career touchdown pass that traveled at least 20 air yards. That's the most since he entered the league in 2012. Next is Drew Brees with 57 in that span.

Brady Henderson ESPN

The fumble that Rasheem Green forced and Bradley McDougald recovered was the Seahawks' ninth takeaway over the last three games. In that span of 12 quarters, which includes overtime against the 49ers, Seattle's defense has allowed a combined three touchdowns and five field goals. That group has come alive after a mostly underwhelming first half of the season.

Brady Henderson ESPN

Chris Carson's 25-yard run set up Rashaad Penny's touchdown from a yard out to tie the game. Carson has 67 yards and a score of his own on 13 carries. The latest reminder of why he hasn't fallen out of favor with Pete Carroll despite seven fumbles this season, the most by any non-quarterback. Carson is still leading the way in this game but the Seahawks are getting Penny involved for the second straight week.

Brady Henderson ESPN

The Seahawks allowed defensive touchdowns in each of their two losses this year. Their league-leading fifth defensive touchdown of the season has them trailing the Vikings 17-10 at halftime. Not that you can really fault Russell Wilson for trying to knock down a tipped pass but knocking it right to Anthony Harris, who returned it 20 yards for a TD. The Seahawks' defense, which has come alive the last two games, quietly put together a strong first half after allowing an opening-drive touchdown.
