Overall: Pouha signed with Utah in 1997 but went on a church mission to Pittsburgh for three years and did not return to Utah until 2001. He saw limited playing time at DE in 2001. He played in 11 games in 2002. Moved to DT in 2003 and started nine games, finishing with 29 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss and two sacks. As a senior in 2004, Pouha finished with 35 total tackles, three TFL and two sacks in 9-of-11 games played. Pouha was honored for rescuing a woman from an apartment fire in 2002. He also is married with one child and was a team captain as a senior in 2004. Pouha has excellent size and strength.
