Arsenal are unlikely to loan Yaya Sanogo back to Auxerre once his move to the Premier League side is complete.
Sanogo, 20, is expected to sign a four-year contract with the Gunners shortly, with reports in France already suggesting that he has completed a medical.
The Ligue 2 side had hoped the France Under-21 striker would return on loan but it appears Arsene Wenger has plans to put him straight into his first-team squad.
Auxerre chairman Guy Cotret told a French radio station: “He will only loan him back to us if he considers the player is not ready to join his team after the pre-season preparations. Otherwise he will not loan him.”
