Options without Altidore

We're not usually this pessimistic, but the news of Jozy Altidore's sprained ankle forces us to examine the contingencies for the June 12 grudge match against England, a game the U.S. might now have to play without its most experienced striker.

Granted, there seems to be good news coming out of the U.S. camp about the severity of the injury. Still, if Altidore can't start, who will the U.S. turn to up front, and how will that impact the rest of the lineup? Here are a few possibilities.
