FRIDAY, AUGUST 19

Brisbane vs. Melbourne, Gabba, 7:50pm (AEST)

Team news: This is a must win clash for both sides if they're to finish inside the top four and earn the prized double chance. The Lions will again be without Callum Ah Chee (concussion) and Marcus Adams (back), but have made no further changes. The Dees have brought last week's sub, James Harmes into the 22.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 20

GWS vs. Fremantle, Manuka Oval, 1:45pm (AEST)

Team news: Can the Giants spoil the Dockers' party in Canberra? Fremantle skipper Nat Fyfe is ready to return from a hamstring injury, but forwards Rory Lobb (shoulder) and Matt Taberner (calf) going to miss. For the Giants, Tim Taranto and James Peatling have been named, after both missing Round 22 with concussion. However, Lachie Keefe (groin) and Tanner Bruhn (concussion) will both go out of the team.

ESPN tip: Dockers by 21 points

North Melbourne vs. Gold Coast, Marvel Stadium, 2:10pm (AEST)

Team news: There were several casualties in North's loss to the Crows last weekend. Jed Anderson entered the AFL's 12-day concussion protocol and won't play this week, while Jaidyn Stephenson (back) and skipper Jack Ziebell (shoulder) will also be unavailable. The good news is Ben Cunnington got through his return game and will be in line to back up against the Suns. Aiden Bonar, Josh Goater, Jason Horne-Francis, Flynn Perez, and Jack Mahony all come in. For Gold Coast, Sam Day (knee) and Izak Rankine go out, with Alex Sexton and Hewago Oea coming in.

Geelong vs. West Coast, GMHBA Stadium, 4:35pm (AEST)

Team news: Jeremy Cameron is a huge out for the Cats, as he attempts to rest his hamstrings ahead of the finals campaign. Rhys Stanley suffered a adductor injury and will also miss, with Isaac Smith and Esava Ratugolea coming in. The Eagles will look to put a horror season to bed but could be without Nic Naitanui (knee), Andrew Gaff and Jake Waterman. Jack Petruccelle (hamstring) and Elliot Yeo (calf) have already been ruled out of the contest. In come Tim Kelly, Willie Rioli and Jai Culley coming in.

Essendon vs. Richmond, MCG, 7:25pm (AEST)

Team news: The Tigers have recalled Jack Ross while Jack Graham has gone out of the side, while the Bombers will likely be without Will Snelling once again, who suffered a hamstring several weeks back. Michael Hurley will play a farewell game, and Zach Reid returns, while Kyle Langford has been put on ice.

Port Adelaide vs. Adelaide, Adelaide Oval, 7:30pm (AEST)

Team news: The Power have called up Robbie Gray for one last farewell, with Riley Bonner making way, and the Crows have swung one change, with Wayne Milera coming in for Shane McAdam.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 21

Hawthorn vs. Western Bulldogs, UTAS, 1:10pm (AEST)

Team news: The Bulldogs must win this to keep their finals hopes alive. Jason Johannisen (ankle) will undergo a fitness test, while Baku Khamis should be in line to make his return from concussion. The Hawks have a host of players unavailable for the final round, including Sam Frost, Changkuoth Jiath, Mitch Lewis, Tom Phillips, Ned Reeves, Chad Wingard and James Worpel.

Carlton vs. Collingwood, MCG, 3:20pm (AEST)

Team news: Zac Williams, Adam Cerra, and George Hewett have been named on an extended bench for the Blues, who also have Tom De Koning listed in the team. Collingwood meanwhile have named Jordan De Goey, Ollie Henry, and Finlay Macrae, while Jack Ginnivan is also on the teamsheet.

St Kilda vs. Sydney, Marvel Stadium, 4:40pm (AEST)

Team news: The Swans have a relatively short injury list, with just Josh Kennedy nursing a hamstring strain. Meanwhile, the Saints will be without a host of its best 22 as they attempt to secure a highly unlikely finals berth. Josh Battle, Jack Billings, Nick Coffield, Jade Gresham, Dan Hannebery, Jack Hayes, Tom Highmore, Dan McKenzie, Paddy Ryder and Jimmy Webster are all sidelined.
