FRIDAY, JUNE 2

Melbourne vs. Carlton, MCG, 7.50pm (AEST)

Team news: Melbourne have ruled out a return for midfielder Clayton Oliver (hamstring) this week, but are confident he will be available for the club's King's Birthday clash with Collingwood in Round 13. James Harmes (omitted), Michael Hibberd, and Tom McDonald (both injured) willl be replaced in the side by Adam Tomlinson, Joel Smith, and Lachie Hunter. Meanwhile, the Blues have been forced into making several changes after injuries to George Hewett (concussion), Nic Newman (hamstring), Marc Pittonet (hand) and Oliver Hollands (shoulder) out of last week's loss to the Swans. Alex Cincotta, Jack Silvagni, Lewis Young, Lochie O'Brien, and Zac Fisher ll come into the side.

SATURDAY, JUNE 3

Port Adelaide vs. Hawthorn, Adelaide Oval, 1:45pm (AEST)

Team news: Hawthorn will face the Power without skipper James Sicily who accepted a one-match suspension for his high bump on St Kilda's Anthony Caminiti in Round 11. For the Power, Todd Marshall (concussion) returns to the senior side in a huge boost following his stint on the sideline, with Francis Evans and Jackson Mead both omitted.

West Coast vs. Collingwood, Optus Stadium, 4.35pm (AEST)

Team news: In unfortunate news for Collingwood, veteran wingman Steele Sidebottom will miss up to eight weeks after suffering an MCL injury during his bittersweet 300th game last week, while forward Jamie Elliott has also been ruled out due to a shoulder injury. Billy Frampton and Harvey Harrison (debut) will replace the injured pair. The Eagles have made just one change, with Callum Jamieson replacing the injured Luke Edwards.

Western Bulldogs vs. Geelong, Marvel Stadium, 7:25pm (AEST)

Team news: Western Bulldogs star Adam Treloar will return to face the cats after missing three weeks with a hamstring injury. For the Cats, Gary Rohan has been named in favour of Brandan Parfitt (omitted) and Esava Ratugolea (injured).

Gold Coast vs. Adelaide, TIO Stadium, 7:30pm (AEST)

Team news: Adelaide's Rory Laird had his one-match ban for rough conduct overturned at the AFL Tribunal and is free to play this weekend. Both Brodie Smith and Mitchell Hinge will come in for Josh Worrell and Ned McHenry (omitted), and Patrick Parnell (sub). The Suns will go in unchanged from the team that impressively downed the Bulldogs last week.

SUNDAY, JUNE 4

GWS vs. Richmond, Giants Stadium, 1:10pm (AEST)

Team news: GWS utility Harry Himmelberg is one of three key inclusions for this week's clash with the Tigers, with Matt Flynn and Harry Royston also joining the extended squad. Richmond have named trio Noah Cumberland, Sam Banks, and Thomson Dow on their extended interchange bench.

ESPN tip: Giants by 10 points

Essendon vs. North Melbourne, Marvel Stadium, 4:40pm (AEST)

Team news: Essendon has omitted underperforming small forward Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti, with Alwyn Davey Jnr, Andrew Phillips, Dylan Shiel, and Rhett Montgomerie joining the extended squad. The Kangas have named troubled star Tarryn Thomas for his first senior game of the season, with Aidan Corr, Curtis Taylor, Darcy Tucker, Liam Shiels also in line for a return.
