Week 4 Flex ranks: Top 100 RBs, WRs and TEs

The Pittsburgh Steelers and Houston Texans boast four of the top six players in the Week 4 flex rankings, so clearly there isn't much concern from me over what these teams weren't able to achieve the preceding week, when they combined for ... wait for it ... one field goal. Yep, the Steelers/Texans combined to lose 61-3 to the unbeaten Philadelphia Eagles/New England Patriots, but fantasy owners shouldn't be worried, because its a new week with new statistics and new dreams and, yeah, you know the drill. It's Week 4. Let's flex.
