Harrow to make uncommon mark at GSU?

It's not often a mid-major with no recent success can land a high-profile transfer like Ryan Harrow. Because his ailing father in Atlanta is one of the reasons he decided to transfer to Georgia State, he has a strong chance of being granted an eligibility waiver, in which case he could play in 2013-14. Though the junior point guard never really got off the ground at Kentucky, Harrow can unequivocally be a game-changing player for the Panthers.
