          When the Houston Astros sent closer Jose Veras to the Detroit Tigers, it left a vacancy at the back of their bullpen. Now, when you're a baseball team that is going to struggle to reach 50 wins on the season, that's certainly not the highest priority, but it does appear that, at least for now, Chia-Jen Lo is going to fill that void.
