ESPN has planted spies in every NFL locker room -- OK, so they're our NFL Nation team reporters -- in order to provide fantasy owners with inside intel to help you win your league. We call it Insider Trading, a collection of fantasy lineup advice pulled straight from the locker rooms and practice fields of every team.
Here is our NFL Nation reporters' Week 12 fantasy advice.
Arizona Cardinals: The last time Larry Fitzgerald played in San Francisco with Carson Palmer, he caught six passes for 117 yards and a touchdown. Earlier this season, he had a season-high 134 yards and three touchdowns on nine catches. Don't expect anything less than 100 yards Sunday afternoon. Three of his four best receiving games have come against NFC West opponents. The cycle starts again with San Francisco. -- Josh Weinfuss
Atlanta Falcons: Falcons wide receiver Leonard Hankerson is not only struggling with drops, he's also struggling to overcome a nagging hamstring strain. The Falcons could decide not to force him back into action or limit his reps, meaning more opportunities for rookie Justin Hardy alongside Julio Jones and Roddy White. Remember, Hardy was inactive for the first seven games of the season before finally getting his chance as Hankerson sat out two games. The coaches and players are confident in Hardy's ability to catch the ball. And quarterback Matt Ryan has said all along Hardy will make an impact this season. Why not now? -- Vaughn McClure
Baltimore Ravens: Buck Allen is a popular pickup in fantasy football these days after Justin Forsett broke his arm. Expectations should be tempered even though Allen is going against the NFL's worst run defense in Cleveland. He averaged only three yards per carry last Sunday against the NFL's 24th-ranked run defense. It should also be noted that no Ravens running back has scored a touchdown in the past three games. -- Jamison Hensley
