Better offense, Oregon or Baylor?

Each week during the college football season, Mel Kiper and Todd McShay kick off the week by settling a debate, and then look at emerging NFL prospects and peek ahead to next week.

The discussion: Which team has the best offense in college football, Oregon or Baylor?

Todd McShay: The two offenses in the country I'd least want to face right now are Oregon and Baylor, and it's really tough to pick one over the other as the better unit. Both are just so good at executing their up-tempo offenses. While I think that the Bears' scheme presents more problems, I give the slight edge to the Ducks because of their personnel advantage, particularly at the quarterback position.
