We started the series last week with No. 2 prospect Jabari Parker, who is expected to announce his decision Dec. 20. This week we double back to hit No. 1 recruit Andrew Wiggins, who supplanted Parker at the top of the ESPN 100 when he reclassified to the 2013 class earlier this fall.
