LAS VEGAS -- The NCAA polls and power ratings were turned upside down with a ton of upsets over the weekend, but there wasn't as much upheaval in the NFL Vegas Rankings.

The Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos remain tied for the top spot as both won and covered in Week 5, though they did it different ways. The Seahawks looked as though they were going to blow out the Washington Redskins on "Monday Night Football," but let them stick around. They won 27-17 as 7-point favorites, but only got the point-spread cover on Steven Hauschka's 43-yard field goal with 21 seconds to play for bettors and pool players (many of whom played the game when the line was 7.5 to lend even more drama to the final minutes). The Broncos were in a battle with the Arizona Cardinals, as they led only 24-20 as 8.5-point favorites entering the fourth quarter, but pulled away to win 41-20.
The NFL Vegas Rankings are compiled using the personal power ratings of our panel of ESPN Insider handicappers -- Sal Selvaggio of madduxsports.com, Erin Rynning of sportsmemo.com and yours truly, Dave Tuley -- and are used to compare to the current point spread (and adjusted for home-field advantage). The industry standard is 2.5 points for home field, but teams such as Green Bay, New England and San Francisco are typically given a full field goal, while Denver and New Orleans are closer to 3.5. Seattle is given the biggest home-field advantage in the league (about 4 to 4.5 points).
Below is a look at the power ratings for all 32 NFL teams, along with Week 6 games where there appears to be value in the current lines. Again, these are not my personal plays or that of any of the other handicappers, but rather the group as a whole. I'll post my thoughts in the Tuley's Take column Friday.
