John Gallagher's team made a big jump in 2012-13 while having one of the youngest rosters in all of Division I. They return America East Player of the Year candidate Mark Nwakamma, who led the team with 14.7 points and 5.5 rebounds last season and can beat teams in multiple ways. Nwakamma took 33.4 percent of the team's shots and touched the ball on 65 percent of its possessions. Because of that, Gallagher said Nwakamma must cut down on his turnovers. "We're sort of trying to make him a guard," Gallagher said. "If he takes care of that number (21.7 percent turnover rate) and he just makes the simple play, it will be really beneficial to us."
