This is the Offseason Blueprint for the Baltimore Ravens.
Front-office priorities
What management's to-do list should include this offseason.
1. The Ravens made it a priority to get some cap business taken care of, and they got the ball rolling right away; Terrell Suggs' cap number has now been reduced significantly with his new extension.
2. It will be important to get new offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak familiar with the personnel on the team, and for Kubiak to determine the building blocks in place and what the team still needs on offense. His ability to adapt is going to be on full display one way or the other in his first season.
3. Baltimore needs to re-sign OT Eugene Monroe to an extension, and determine if free-agent Michael Oher can be fixed from a technique/consistency standpoint and signed to a contract that fits. Otherwise, the position will need to be addressed early in the draft.
