ESPN Fantasy Projection: Brissett signed with Cleveland after spending his first six seasons with the Patriots, Colts and Dolphins. Brissett's role is that of Deshaun Watson's backup, but with Watson suspended for 11 games, he'll get an extended look as the starter. That won't necessarily translate to fantasy value, however, as he has produced one weekly finish better than 19th over the last two seasons and his two seasons as a starter have resulted in fringe QB2 output. Brissett adds some value with his legs, but he's a conservative, inefficient passer and Cleveland will almost assuredly stick with a run-heavy scheme while he's under center. He shouldn't be in lineups.
