ESPN Fantasy Projection: Taylor returns as the feature back in Indianapolis after leading the position in fantasy points, carries, yards and TDs during a breakout 2021 season. Taylor's season started and ended slowly (zero top-10 fantasy outings during Weeks 1-3 and 16-18), but it was as good as it gets in the middle (11 straight top-10s during Weeks 4-15). Taylor found the end zone 20 times and his 26 carries inside the opponent's 5-yard line were the most the league had seen in a single season since 2012. An uptick in passing-game work would be nice (unlikely with Nyheim Hines in the mix), but Taylor's age (23), massive usage in a run-heavy offense and top-end efficiency are plenty enough to allow continued elite production. He should be the first pick in 2022 fantasy drafts.
