NHL draft: Top 50 prospects 2.0

If you've followed our continuous coverage in the NHL Draft Blog, you know the 2011 draft picture is a fluid one. And since our last edition of the Top 50 in January, stocks have dipped and soared according to performance, injury and any number of other factors. So with that in mind, we've updated our rankings based on the latest info from our pool of NHL scouts and GMs.

While the top three has seen a shakeup, the biggest changes come with a couple of new faces breaking into the draft's top 20. Want to see who's making noise ahead of this June's draft in St. Paul, Minn., and which prospect your team might be targeting? Jump right in. And just as with our first Mock Draft, click on a player's name to get his full breakdown, including grades on important skill sets.

And it's not all pleasant news. Jonathan Miller of the U.S. national development team (No. 14 on our previous Top 50) has dropped out of our rankings completely. (More on him Friday in the blog.) David Musil (35), Shane McColgan (36), Connor Murphy (38), Alexander Khokhlachev (42), Gregory Hofmann (47) and Philippe Hudon (50) also slipped out of the Top 50.
