Montreal Impact defeated Club Olimpia 1-0 in Tuesday's CONCACAF Champions League quarterfinal second leg, but exited the tournament on away goals after the series ended 2-2 on aggregate.
Olimpia entered the match leading 2-1 following the first leg, played in Montreal in March. Olimpia was the designated home team at the neutral site in Orlando.
Montreal needed two goals, and the win, to advance. Amar Sejdic provided the winning portion of the formula with his goal at the 57th minute, but the Impact never found the second score.
Olimpia advances to the CONCACAF Champions League semifinal, a single-leg round, on Saturday against either Tigres or New York City FC.
