Sao Paulo score late but winless run continues

SAO PAULO, Feb 10 (Reuters) - Managerless Sao Paulo saw their winless run grow to eight games on Wednesday after a dramatic 1-1 draw at home to Ceara in Brazil's Serie A.

Leo Chu took advantage of a goalkeeping error to put Ceara ahead in stoppage time but Luciano Neves scored with a header almost from the restart to level the scores.

The result leaves Sao Paulo fourth in the Serie A table and dealt another blow to their quickly diminishing chances of winning the league.

They currently sit seven points behind leaders Internacional, albeit with a game in hand. Ceara are 12th. (Reporting by Andrew Downie; editing by Richard Pullin)
