Shrewsbury's automatic promotion hopes suffered another setback after they had to settle for a point from a 1-1 draw against relegated Bury.
Abo Eisa marked his first Football League start by firing Shrewsbury into an early lead before Jay O'Shea pulled Bury level midway through the second half.
Shrews, guaranteed third place, are now seven points behind Blackburn in second with just three games remaining.
Bury were first to threaten when George Miller's rising shot was saved by goalkeeper Dean Henderson.
Shrewsbury went ahead in the 13th minute when Eisa, signed from Wealdstone in January, collected a pass from Max Lowe and drove home a low shot from just outside the penalty area following a strong run.
Bryn Morris then fired in a 20-yard drive which was pushed away by Bury goalkeeper Joe Murphy.
Bury equalised in he 66th minute when O'Shea was picked out by a quickly-taken free-kick and burst into the box before drilling a low shot past Henderson.
Sub Nathan Thomas volleyed wide for Shrewsbury from 20 yards in the closing stages as the points were shared.
