Spin: Allen played through a lingering ulnar collateral ligament injury in his right elbow down the stretch of the 2022 season, including Sunday's 27-10 loss to the Bengals in the AFC divisional round, but it looks like the issue isn't expected to cause any offseason complications. The Bills currently anticipate rest and recovery being enough to get Allen back to full strength for the 2023 campaign, and there's not yet been any indication that the star signal-caller is in danger of missing any amount of offseason activities. Assuming the recovery proceeds on track, Allen once again will come off the board as one of the premier fantasy options at the quarterback position next season.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Allen enters his fifth NFL campaign looking to pace all quarterbacks in fantasy points for the third consecutive season. The 26-year-old has ranked no lower than eighth in pass attempts, completions, yards and TDs each of the last two seasons, but it's his legs that give him such a huge edge in fantasy. Allen has ranked no lower than fourth in carries and rushing TDs among QBs in his career and ran for a career-high 763 yards in 2021. Allen's rate stats plummeted last season (63% completions, 6.8 YPA), but his heavy pass volume, aggressive nature (top 10 in average depth of throw all four seasons) and high-end rushing output are more than enough to allow elite fantasy production. He's your top QB fantasy option.
